Conol 1.2.1 — Files where they belong

Conol

  • release-notes

A small release about files. One of you attached a Word document while answering a question the agent had asked, and it never arrived: the agent looked, found nothing, and asked for it again. Three times. That bug, the way attachments looked in the chat, and the spending history we shipped yesterday are all fixed here.

Fixes

  • Files you attach while answering the agent now reach it. When the agent pauses to ask you something, your reply is delivered as the answer to that question rather than as a new message. Files and photos attached to an answer were skipped on the way into the agent's workspace, so the agent never saw them and kept asking you to send them again. They now arrive in the same place as any other attachment. If you had a conversation stuck on this, your next message to it brings the files in.
  • Attachments show as file cards in the chat. A file attached to an answer showed up as a bracketed line with a long link instead of a file card, and every photo you sent carried a line of URL underneath it. Both now look the way an attachment should: a file card you can click to download, or just the image. When the agent links a file in its own reply, that link is now a small file chip with a download button too.
  • Spending history loads again. The per-chat spending history added to Settings → Billing in 1.2.0 showed "Failed to load spending history" for everyone. It now lists where your credits went, chat by chat, for the period you pick.
